Available 24/7 for emergencies which is what I had on a Saturday evening. Showed up in less than an hour and repaired a leaking pipe underneath the kitchen sink. Super professional and the pricing is per job rather than by the hour. Would definitely use them again if I needed plumbing repair.

The gentleman that was at my house, his name was Isaac, was very professional and friendly. I actually watched a few times while he was working, I like to see what the process is like, and he was very nice and answered all the questions I had. After he replaced the broken pipes he made sure that the hole that was dug on the property, to access the cracked pipes, was refilled and properly packed back with the dirt that was dug out. He cleaned up after himself and then made sure my toilet flushed and the shower and sink drained properly.
He was in and out within a few hours and did an amazing job!

Eric and his team did excellent work all around. Highly recommended.

I have had a recurring issue with my toilet that had become a real embarrassment when I had guests over. Other companies have given me estimates to fix it / replace it, but it was just too pricey. When I finally called O'Grady plumbing they informed me it didn't have to cost me an arm and a leg. I was sold on a low flow toilet that will actually save me money in the long run. Plus the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous, which goes a long way with me

Update: the company refunded me and is about to fix my walls. This means they are serious about provide good service as a conpany.

The plumber that showed up to our work did not know what he was doing.

We had dripping downstairs. When the plumber showed up, without carefully examining upstairs, started opening ceiling downstairs. No source of leak visible. Then tried to move dishwasher. He did not know how (reminder: he is supposedly a plumber). He suspected another wall upstairs and opened it. No leak. Tried to pull the DW out. He couldn't. Opened the third wall. Nothing. I, worried about my property and DW, frantically read the DW manual and told him about the screw. Finally he pulled out the DW. THERE WAS NO PIPE PROBLEM. DW could not drain because of food stuck in sink disposer so t it let water out. As soon as we ran disposer, problem solved! He blamed DW. GE official mechanic confirmed on site there is no problem with DW.

After following up with the company multiple times, no reimbursement of about $270 fee or compensation for the damages to apartment.

From the day Juan came out to see what work needed to be done, we were able to get an appointment a few days later. Juan was here on time. Completed the tasks in a timely manner. Took pictures of work he did and explained all the work that was done. I would definitely use George Salet Plumbing again. And I’ll be requesting Juan when we have more plumbing needs.

There are not enough good words I can say about Ben Jacobs plumbing!!! In those stormy crazy rainy days we had recently in Oakland our whole basement and crawl space was completely Flooded . Water started to accumulate every were to the point it's stated
To get scary I couldn't even see the wine bottles I had on there. And that's because our sump pump burned out cause it couldn't handle with this heavy rain . I called few companies on a Sunday noon but non of them responded . Ben Jacob answered ride a a way and was real Pleasent to talk with . I explained to him the problems and within 24 hours I had new pump installed and all water was gone .super responsive and and amazingly professional solved it super quick I will definitely recommend this company.
