I used O’Grady to replace the sewer trap to my building. They were very professional. Diagnosed the issue and showed me clearly with a camera what the issue was. Quality work and great team. Work was completed right on schedule.

He was a nice guy and did a good job. However, I miss understood the price( which I think is extraordinary) you need to give some sort of a baseline price over the phone. I will definitely shop next time. $487.50 is crazy for 30 minutes work. I'm a retired GC and tell you I never had a sub that would get away with trying to charge that much. At these rates I won't be recommending you. Regards

George Salet's company is very professional in interactions and expertise. Although my first experience wasn't perfect, they have followed up numerous times and the second visit was superb. Water from roof drainage was backing up into my kitchen sink during our recent intense rains in SF. I emailed ACE with my issue and they responded immediately to make an appointment. Russ and Edgar came out and gave me several options to consider and was able to take care of my plumbing issue with included installation of a clean out within an hour. I highly recommend.

There are not enough good words I can say about Ben Jacobs plumbing!!! In those stormy crazy rainy days we had recently in Oakland our whole basement and crawl space was completely Flooded . Water started to accumulate every were to the point it's stated
To get scary I couldn't even see the wine bottles I had on there. And that's because our sump pump burned out cause it couldn't handle with this heavy rain . I called few companies on a Sunday noon but non of them responded . Ben Jacob answered ride a a way and was real Pleasent to talk with . I explained to him the problems and within 24 hours I had new pump installed and all water was gone .super responsive and and amazingly professional solved it super quick I will definitely recommend this company.
