This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

Friendly, fast and effective. I've got a pretty old stove fireplace (~20yrs) that had been working decently well up until a month ago. The pilot become unreliable. The guys who came out were quick to understand the problem, gave me an immediate estimate and got to work. Within a couple hours they had the stove up and running smoothly again.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone in SF/bay area who is having trouble with an old fireplace or which just needs maintenance.

My kitchen sink had been draining slowly and then not draining at all. I thought my garbage disposal needed to be replace. I wasn’t sure what the problem was but was expecting the worse. I called Ace Plumbing and they were able to get someone out same day. Turned out that the problem was due to a p-trap under the sink that needed to be cleaned out. It’s was a simple fix!!
Everything is back to normal!! I’ve had to call Ace Plumbing a couple times this year and they have never disappointed. I’ve had different plumbers from their company come out to my home and each time and each time received the same great service. They are professional and take care of what needs to be done to fix the problem at hand. They communicate and explain what they are going to do before they start to work and upfront with the cost of the service. Can’t ask for anymore than that. They are my go to plumber!!!

We booked ahead of time, confirmed the morning of, arranged for someone to be there for a 3 hour window of time, and made sure hey had the right number to call when on the way.
Instead however, they did not call ahead. Plumber showed up 40 minutes early, no one was there as they were expecting them later, plumber did not wait for a return call but left and refused to return. Dispatch notified, said they'd call back but. never did. Subsequent calls just rang and rang never went anywhere (blocked my number?). Very unprofessional.
