This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

He was able to rule out a leak and instead identified the actual problem. There are not enough good words I can say about Ben Jacobs plumbing!!! In those stormy crazy rainy days we had recently in Oakland our whole basement and crawl space was completely Flooded . Water started to accumulate every were to the point it's stated
To get scary I couldn't even see the wine bottles I had on there. And that's because our sump pump burned out cause it couldn't handle with this heavy rain . I called few companies on a Sunday noon but non of them responded . Ben Jacob answered ride a a way and was real Pleasent to talk with .
