Basilio from Ab Plumbing installed a seismic shut-off valve on my gas line today: he was quite efficient, turned the pilot back on on my water heater after purging the air from the line by lighting the range and even explaining to me how the shut-off valve works and how to reset it. I was connected to CR&P through my home warranty company for a leaking pipe in my new house. Moments before Jesus arrived, my garbage disposal failed spilling water all over my sink cabinet. And to top it all off, while testing for the leak, we found out the sink stopper in the leaky bathroom had also failed and couldn't hold water. Talk about a new home nightmare!
In spite of all the add-ons this house threw at them, Jesus and Justin did a fantastic job and stuck around until everything was fixed and working right. I even offered them lunch for sticking around so long, but they politely declined and focused on getting the job done.

The team was responsive and arrived quickly. We had an issue that other plumbers had no clue how to fix and had passed on and the technicians were able to resolve the issue within an hour! They were in general friendly and professional as well. They also saved us a ton of money not having to replace our very specific pump type.

Marco was awesome. I needed to get a toilet replaced and he was able to accommodate me the next day. He also made it very easy to get a quote for the installation (vs. having another plumber come on site to quote/tell me that I need to install a new toilet).

Also, a piece of the new toilet came broken, but he had a spare part to use, which saved us the burden of returning the whole toilet to the store.

All in all, it took him less than an hour to install the new toilet and haul away the old one. He wore a mask and shoe coverings as a bonus. Will definitely reach out to him for all of my plumbing needs.
