Carlos was a fabulous plumber, he was very efficient and neat.

The experience was nothing short of a nightmare. In a small 2 story building they were called to come in to change a small 5 gallon water heater on the 2nd floor that leaking downstairs, something that just about 5 years ago I did myself for only the cost of $150 for the water heater. I was busy and couldn't do it myself so I called R&L Plumbing, which at first they said it will cost $199 for them to come out and if I give them the job it will be applied towards the total cost of repair. Few hours later they sent a plumber with some else to diagnose the problem. Since I knew exactly what was wrong they didn't really have to spend more than 5 minutes to look at the situation and offer to change the small water heater for $450 including labor and the cost of the heater, which I agreed to pay. It took them about 3 hours to remove the water heater and they said sorry we'll have to come back tomorrow because if we stay the charge will be after hours charge and the cost will be significantly higher. Since this was on Friday evening they scheduled to return on Monday afternoon. This time they showed up in 3 trucks and six so called plumbers to install a small 5 gallon water heater and in addition to the initial $199 they charged my credit card $2550 for the lead plumber and his assistants. I will never use this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

The plumber came over an hour late to the window of time they told me. He then fixed the p-trap leak but did not fix and replace the drain plug. I called in to ask why and received an incredibly rude response from someone in their offices. Very argumentative and nasty. They basically told me it’s not their problem and they fixed what they were told to fix. Unacceptable on several levels. This is also the same problem they supposedly fixed last time they were out. Cannot recommend at all.
