The staff is always friendly and explains thoroughly what needs to be done and why. Pricing is pretty standard and fair. Their response time is quite good as well. I have used their services several times and have never had any issues. Would definitely recommend.

Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.

Kenneth Asire Plumbing exceeded my overall expectations. We discovered today that we had a water heater leak and the plumbing company was immediately responsive. The tech came to my mothers home, accessed what needed to be done and within a four hour window had removed the old water heater and installed a new one! I can’t thank you enough for handling this so quickly and with professional care. I would highly recommend Kenneth Asire Plumbing .
