Taani was great. Arrived timely, diagnosed our issue right away, picked up the part for our water heater. installes it and we were back in business in no time. Really appreciated the support. It was the day before Thanksgiving, yikes! Would have been a tough holiday to pull off without hot water. Thanks Taani!

Called a plumber out to help me figure out where the leak was. Turns out two of the toilets were running when I was out of town. The techs solution was to replace the parts 2k or replace the toilets 4K and was pushing me to replace the toilets because who knows other parts might fail and I’ll have to replace the toilet in a month anyways. The 4 k price includes 2 toilets plus install and takeaway. I asked them how many hours this would take and what’s their hourly charge and material costs. And his response was we charge by job. I told them to email me the estimate which they never did. And when he left I went on Home Depot’s website and they charge 20 dollars for the parts to replace, 100-300 dollars for the toilet and Home Depot will install each toilet for 315 each. So even if I did go the route of two new toilets plus install and take away that’s still $1200. 4K for that same job is highway robbery. And I get it plumbers will often charge 4x more for an emergency call but this wasn’t an emergency call issue since I already had called the water department to turn off the water and had the water turned off at the main. And when I found out it was those two toilets I had turned off the water to those bathrooms. So there was no emergency and they weren’t offering to do it same day to fix my problem.

These people are either crooks or the tech gets paid hourly and was just killing time giving me an outrageous number while sitting in his van pretending to write up an estimate he never sent me. Because he had me wait a good 20 minuets before his estimate was “ready” to talk about.

It was Sunday when I called and I was worried that no one would be available to replace my aging and leaking water heater. Then when I called, in less that 5 minutes they were able to locate someone who can do it who was nearby. Service was very stimulating with useful information on what are my options and the job was done in no time. I would highly recommend them to my network of friends who are homeowners.

What was most important was the person assigned was super competent in serving special folks like me. He used the right pronouns and was so professional and respectful!

If you want to get taken advantage this is your place! Had to have a water problem that we thought was the water heater valve leaking, so we called these guys. Our water heater was under warranty and these guys charged us $1670 just for Labor for a job that only took 3 hrs (most plumbers charge between $150 to $200 per hour not $556! After changing the water heater the water problem was actually coming from the floor, so when I called up to tell them, they insisted to tell me that it was leaking into the pan, which I know for a fact it wasn't. With no proof they have ignored my request to prove that the old one was bad, and after asking for reasoning for $1670 for 3hrs of work, I have been blown off! They are taking advantage of people because they can here in the Bay! If you google lets the pic stay you will see our invoice and it even says they didn't have to do anything but drain and unscrew the old one.

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.

He offered two solutions involving price gouging and didn’t bother to turn water off of leaking faucet. It was a waste of a visit.
