Mario came out within 30 min from calling. I needed hydro jetting done and everything went great! Everyone I talked to was so nice.. customer service was excellent. They were cheaper than other quotes I had that were $1500-$1700, which was way too much for a mobile home. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will use them again in the future.. thank you soooo much Mario!!

I called Works Plumbing because I noticed a water leak from the ceiling in our garage that was likely coming from our bathroom. I called and someone came to our house the same day. He was able to come back to the house the next day and diagnose the problem. He was prompt and courteous. Will use them again.

Our kitchen sink was having issues that wasn’t being resolved by our landlord. Within a short time, J&J plumbing took care of it without any issues!

My initial experience when I called was great because they were able to get out within a few hours on a Sunday to my tenants apartment in SF to take a look at a leak under the kitchen sink. They said they would charge $85 for an assessment and then give me an estimate for the repair and will apply the $85 towards the repair if I went with them. That sounded reasonable pricing wise. They discovered that the p-trap and the straight pipe going into the wall under the sink were corroded and needed to be replaced. They had the parts which were easily accessible from any hardware store and told me it would take less than 30 minutes to repair but they said it would cost $400. I was shocked at the price and when I told them that was very expensive they said it was because it was a Sunday. Who knows what it would have cost on a regular week day, I doubt it would have been much less. I feel like they took advantage of me knowing that I was an out of town landlord and that I couldn't leave my tenant with a leaking sink any longer and that I really had no other options and therefore price gouged me. I discussed this with them a few times but they wouldn't budge on the price. They had overall great reviews which is why I called them in the first place but I guess I didn't ready enough of the bad reviews to see that this is not an uncommon occurrence with them. I will likely not use them ever again. I have not heard anything from my tenant since then so I assume they successfully repaired the pipes under the sink and the leak so I will give them 2 starts. It was an easy job, however, and if I was in town I would have been able to do it myself.

I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.

The price was affordable and the service very reliable.

We had a small gas leak in the line leading to the oven. Marco came out the same day, repaired the issue in less than an hour, and explained exactly why the leak occurred. All for a very fair price. Very professional and helpful!
