Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.

Stephen was fantastic! He came out in the rain and climbed up on the roof to look at the sewer vent and scope it with his camera, and then he went out in the muddy backyard with a shovel because my main drain clean-out was buried somewhere by the side of the house. He dug around and found it quickly and determined that there was a lot of mud in the pipe. He also found the blockage from the toilet to that drain and cleared it. Also he was very professional when negotiating with my home warranty company, which is always challenging.

Dennis at Magic Plumbing is so awesome! On-time for our next day appointment (talk about fast!), to fix a gas water heater. Had most of the parts in his truck to fix the issue, and was able to provide an onsite quote that came in below other bids. Highly recommend these folks! You even get a tracking link to see how far they are out for the appointment, which is such a nice touch.

Very professional; took care of a stopped up kitchen sink promptly and completely. We can now host our gathering tomorrow.

I was beginning to consider a fairly major electrical project at my home but realized I knew nothing about whether it was necessary, recommended and what it entailed. Basilio and his crew did a FANTASTIC job... ...sure, he's brief and to the point, which I don't mind at all.... ...but again, they were perfect.

We had a non-emergency situation, which required a trench less approach... ...which, if you haven't seen done before, is really cool.

Our line ties in with the neighbor, and we share from the wye out to the main... ...while the hold was dug, the neighbor decided to have his portion replaced as well, and Budget sewer did not mind this scope creep AT ALL.

Finally, they lined the pipe from the eye out to the main, providing the neighbor and I a brand new line from homes to sewer main.

Would I recommend AB Plumbing? ABSOLUTELY!!! These guys are top notch, and if you end up using them, I hope you receive the same quality service.

Our garage flooded on a Sunday morning with a big football playoff game. I called three rooter services: one put me on hold for 5 min and didn't return, one could only send someone in the evening, Daniel showed up within a couple of hours. He spent the time needed to clear a difficult problem and diagnosed a broken sewer line. He had guys at my house at 7:30 the next morning (a holiday) to dig up and replace the line. They had our water flowing again by noon. The work was fast and of high quality. They were friendly, yet professional and explained what needed to be done.
