Isaac and his team have been super helpful. We had several emergency plumbing needs and they called us back quickly and set up a time to meet.
They gave clear feedback on each repair assessment, so that as propertymanagement? I could understand what was going on at my site. The youth on our site even approached me with compliments on how cool and Kind the guys were, which is important because a lot of times plumbing matters can be a little embarrassing. I really appreciate their partnership and we look forward to their continued support at our site.

We needed a new sewer lateral for two adjacent buildings in Noe Valley. This was a complicated and expensive project that O’Grady handled professionally, quickly and less expensively than any of the other plumbing companies we interviewed. O’Grady and his team may be a bit eccentric but don’t be fooled, they are the best!

Alan had called me prior to discuss a difficult work matter involving accessing the inside of a gas fireplace that was outside his jurisdiction and duty. Tyler showed up 40 minutes late. Fixed my pipe listening to DMX on his phone full volume no headphones. He gave me 2 shots of henny. Went out to a party woke up without my watch.

There are not enough good words I can say about Ben Jacobs plumbing!!! In those stormy crazy rainy days we had recently in Oakland our whole basement and crawl space was completely Flooded . Water started to accumulate every were to the point it's stated
To get scary I couldn't even see the wine bottles I had on there. And that's because our sump pump burned out cause it couldn't handle with this heavy rain . I called few companies on a Sunday noon but non of them responded . Ben Jacob answered ride a a way and was real Pleasent to talk with . I explained to him the problems and within 24 hours I had new pump installed and all water was gone .super responsive and and amazingly professional solved it super quick I will definitely recommend this company.
