Great service once again! Our toilet wasn't filling after we flushed it. Isaac came out the same day we called and replaced our refill valve. Very friendly and price was competitive. I'd recommend him to all my family and friends in the area.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lutz Plumbing! Long story short, my repair need was fairly urgent and I must have contacted 3-4 plumbers before I found Lutz. It was super depressing... All of them seemed totally unconcerned and said they'd fit me in when they could (Often 2-3 weeks later). I get that everyone is busy but it costs nothing to at least act like you care. Then I found Phil and Lutz Plumbing. He not only took the time to fully understand my issue but also offered his professional opinion around a potential diagnosis and possible solutions. He then reached back out to me later that day to say he would fit me in for an appointment just a few days later. Jacob, the plumber who showed up, was equally professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated sincere concern. He fixed the problem quickly which was a huge relief.
