Charge 650$ for just a 10$ water sink valve and 5 minute to change. It is NOT expensive. it is ROBBERY.
Jut we have not much experience in plumbing so we are fooled by him this time.
Never should call this company again.

The owner Phil Gruber took me 750$ for a pair of valve changed, and act like he is good man. He said: 'look I changed the cap for you to a new one. See I'm very generous'. Just like a screw cap cost 500$ or what. Dishonest and filthy hypocrite man. I learnt a lesson for my life. Never call him a second time.

When I need to change a water valve for preventing leak, I got a number from the previous owner and contact this company.
An old man Phil asked for 720$ for a valve change. I like WHAT ??? a valve cost 9.39$ in costco and 5 minute to change in youtube could cost that much? Even a lawyer don't cost that much. who do he think he is, famous celebrity plumber in the world or what? Do not reach this business as all cost.

Avoid this company as all cost if you do not want to overpay it. Search around for all the quote first before considering this one. He will charge you a thousands dollar for a 5 minute job. BE AWARE

Be aware of this crooky and cunning old man name Phil. He will charge you like a top dollar for a simple task. Should avoid him as quick as you can. He is dishonest and just want money from you. STAY AWAY from him

I totally agree with others. This monster named Phil will totally rob you .I had a burnt out burner on my water heater this morning,. since heater is still under warranty with whirlpool, I was referred to him. His labor which I had to pay out of pocket was as follows
$375 to diagnose,
$175 labor charge for switching out the burner.
let me tell you, there was no diagnosis needed. The blinking light on panel was already indicating change burner. I told him what to do but he still charged me that for diagnosis.$375 JUST TO WATCH A LIGHT BLINK FOR 10 SECONDS.
So total was $550 for just exactly 8 minutes of work. Which equals to $68.75/ minute. The burner which he probably picked up from Lowes costs $33 and I am sure he will bill whirlpool for a 1000% markup on parts.
On top of this he snooped around looking for other things to do on my water heater and suggested that there was readjustment needed for my exhaust vent and would cost me another $350.Really Mr. Phil? I have had it that way for years and had never had any issues, if I need to get it done, I can adjust it myself for $0 cost.
I work with heart surgeons, even their rate is not $68.75 /minute to save peoples life.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

Cocky and arrogant old man Phil. Not only he charges top dollar but also the attitude like he is the king make me feel sick.
Never reach him again. I don't suggest this company.
