I need to replace the pipe nipples on my kitchen wall faucet (Rusted and leaking). I could not find a plumber to come over the house to replace the pipe nipples (Saturday Afternoon). I call Ace Plumbing and the person who answer the phone was helpful and immediately dispatched a plumber. Jordan Barrett, Plumber arrived to the house in less than 45 minutes. These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

ONE STAR TOO MANY
Worst experience I've had with any home contracting services! I've been around the block owning a fixer-upper, you name it, I've probably hired a service for it. After my water heater broke I called this company to replace it. They took A WEEK just to show up with THE WRONG water heater, despite me sending the exact model I needed (they disregarded me telling me they know what they're doing). They told me they would need A SECOND WEEK to come back with the right one, for a modicum $2,400 (only for instalation, the water heater plus permits was to go out of my pocket)
TLDR: Stay away from this company, the prices are ridiculous and the customer service is non-existent.

I felt a little overcharged, but they did fix the issue and landlord reimbursed me.
