Javier C was my plumber technician for this sewer repair. He is so professional! He made sure we understood what the problem might be before setting to work. It did turn out to be my tree roots blocking the sewer pipe. He cleaned it out and explained the process afterwards. He was such a great pleasure to work with. Thank you, Javier and Works Plumbing!

The team made scheduling adjustments to be able to do the repairs in my home, I can’t Thank them enough so I didn’t have to return to the city to oversee the repairs.

Got multiple bids and not only did they have the best price for our water heater replacement, J&J were also the most professional. Knowledgeable and organized, I got a quote quickly (some of the others never even sent a quote after coming out to look… smh), great communications, modern systems (electronic invoicing etc). Isaac came, he did the work, did a great job. Just so professional and a pleasure to do business with, highly recommend!

These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. A 50 gallon water heater only costs about 500-600 dollars. They quoted over $3000 to install and dispose of an existing water heater. No one should ever pay that much. Do not use them. They are obviously taking advantage of people.
They charge $65 dollars to come out and inspect and put you on the hook for the $65 bucks then give a quote for a service they know that no one in their right mind would pay for.

I was told by Home Depot that I could wrap a piece of tape around the gas line and it will hold it. Didn't seem right and wel, it was gas. Ace was busy but when I described the problem, there was no more discussion and they got me on the schedule. The house didn't blow up and it's never leaked again. Very appreciative!

Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.

Great to work with - professional and friendly with high quality work. Gabriel has done an excellent job multiple times over. For example, they installed a new smart shower valve for me that everyone else had trouble figuring out, and coordinated with other subs on the project rlly well. Out of all the different subcontractors I worked with on my bathroom remodel (for which I didn’t have a GC), this company was BY FAR the best to work with. They come in, work hard, and get it done, with transparent pricing. I’ve hired other plumbers before but wouldn’t again after finding this company.

Great plumbing company. The guy was nice and courteous. I had a free estimate and explanation of the problem. The job was done quick and is top notch! I would recommend them to anyone, they also give you free estimates, so you can turn them down and there will be no charge for the assessment.

Smelly Mel’s is an on-time plumber, excellent service, and very knowledgeable. Because of the way our building’s water supply is set up it wasn’t an easy task, but Bob was up to it and going forward we don’t have to worry about the building’s supply issue. No more shutting down the whole building for any work done on our unit. Yay!

Everyone I worked with at AB Plumbing was great! They responded quickly to every call & email. When they showed, they were very professional and thorough. We had a major issue with a tree going through the plumbing and it was awful. AB plumbing with their efficiency and knowledge knew exactly what to do to make the process a little less painful.
