Was scheduled for Thursday, and they had an opening on Wednesday and asked if they could come early to get the job done. Polite and efficient. Got the job done and done well. Would recommend.

Quick and easy to get an appointment. Randy was friendly, professional, and was able to find the problem with our furnace right away. I appreciated receiving different priced options to repair it. I will definitely be using them to repair our furnace and any other HVAC repairs that may come up in the future.

I had my tenant call for a repair to our garbage disposal. Repairman came and fixed the problem, however, the problem was not fixed correctly. A second repairman came out and fixed it, we hope properly this time. However, we got charged twice for the repair. After contacting the office and being told a manager would call to address the second charge, no call ever came. The second charge is now being disputed with the bank.

Joan, the lead plumber, was courteous, friendly and walked me through all the options available to me. They hydrojetted our kitchen sink pipes and installed a new garbage disposal and did it with excellent workmanship. Recommend Genteel Plumbers.

I got a call from my tenant that the shower faucet got broken and water was running into the bathtub. I could not turn off the water in the whole building, because there were other tenants in the building and they were using bathrooms and were cooking etc. These were evening hours when everyone is at home. At the same time none of the plumbers I called was available to come right away to help. The money was really flushing down the drain. I could not wait until next morning. I was under tremendous stress: my utility bill was getting bigger every moment. This is where GeneralSF comes into the picture. Yevgeny answered my call and came within 15 minutes. He disassembled the shower faucet and stopped the water from running. He identified the broken part. Next day first thing in the morning he purchased this part in the store and installed it. I am impressed with Yevgeny's calm professionalism and quality of his work.
