George was knowledgable and very patient. He took the time to explain the work to be done. His team worked efficiently and were neat and clean. It was reassuring to receive appointment confirmation texts and a photo of the plumber. I felt safe knowing who was coming to the house.

Knowledgeable and organized, I got a quote quickly (some of the others never even sent a quote after coming out to look… smh), great communications, modern systems (electronic invoicing etc). I had a plumbing emergency and called 27/7 Rooter & Plumbing. They sent Jonah out and he arrived 15mins after I called. Jonah was polite, professional , courteous efficient and the problem was solve with in minutes. Thank you 27/7 & Jonah for fixing my emergency

Two cancellations at last minute... still no ETA - really unprofessional serviceThey tell you Thursday afternoon and they call to cancel at 12.30 pm. I arranged for Saturday morning. Saturday, 9.30 am, they don't even have a schedule yet. Then they say 11 am, max 1 pm. They call 12.45 pm to say there's no parking, so they drove off, without even a ring. I go outside and there are 3 spots open... They tell me to wait an hour. After an hour and a half, they still don't have an ETA.

Jumped on the project quickly, worked closely with my tenants, and got the issue done with no problem.

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.

Rony and Manuel are the best. We had a clogged drain in our apartment and these guys came and knocked it out quickly. I appreciate their professional service. Well done guys
