Best Air To Water in San Francisco CA

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

I'm glad you asked. First, what he did not do was to clear the drain, which a task that I had originally called you about. The drain line between the dishwasher and the disposal was still clogged after he left. While I was there, he had claimed that was clear and was working on the appliance itself, taking the dishwasher apart and the attempting to put it back together again as I had to leave my apartment. When I came back he was gone and the electric plug had been pulled from the dishwasher. I called in another repairman who began by unclogging the drain. He then found that when he turned the dishwasher on, it was leaking. After more than an hour's worth, he found that it had been put back together without inserting or replacing a washer that we found on the floor, while two screws were missing. He took the machine apart and put the washer back where it belongs and then found the two screws, so that after several hours' work the dishwasher functioned again. But at least an hour of the time he spent was putting the dishwasher back from the condition that you man had left it in. I'm afraid while he tried very hard, he did not cure the problem of the drain while creating problems in the dishwasher.

I got in contact with the guys at Flow Masters through their sister company in Marin called Local Plumbing. I needed some work on my rental unit in SF and they were fast, efficient and well priced for the work they completed. They did my annual back flow certifications on the sprinkler system as well as checked out a few minor leaks on the exposed pipe work in the garage. A solid company and would definitely use again.

We have done a lot of work now with One Source Plumbing now and trust the reliability and quality. Always professional, respectful of the house (shoe covers, makes others park off property, on time) and most importantly, all issues solved and no new ones.
