Terrible Service, they start the clock when they leave the office which was only 5 miles from my house and charged me for 1.25 hours for transit time. Gave me an estimate on repairs that was three times more than the next competitor. Stay clear of these guys.

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

I’m extremely pleased with the service that I’ve received from the technicians at Ideal. Phil Beaver was very knowledgeable about the heater/blower settings on my unit. I explained what was happening when the unit engaged and how I had both hot and cold spots in the house. The air didn’t seem to be mixing like it should. He adjusted the settings and explained what he had done and why he did it. What a difference in performance. It’s really working great now. I don’t even know when it’s on. Cudos to Phil and Ideal Plumbing!

Nicholas and Frankie were recommended by our neighbors who raved about their quality of work, responsiveness, and professionalism. So we specifically requested both of them to install several vaulted light fixtures and recessed LED’s.Nicholas came by multiple times to discuss how the job would go, various options, and even gave us 3 different quotes depending on what all we decided on having done.We decided on the work and the day. Nicholas and Frankie showed up on time, made sure to check with us regarding the placement of the recessed lights before cutting, and constantly made sure we were happy with the plan and progress. They cleaned up after themselves professionally and the patch work looks adequate.Overall, I would highly recommend both of them for installation of interior lights and recessed LED’s.

ARS/Rescue Rooter has been our go-to plumbing company for many years. This service was for our ice maker water line. The technician, Ed, arrived promptly. Ed is very courteous, personable and professional. Ed provided us with a written estimate and was able to do do the job within two hours. We are pleased with the work that was done and expect the work to last a lifetime!

We spoke with Norman, he was here for leak detection. He was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough in determining the status of our plumbing. We would call him again.

In particular, Jarrad (our technician from Tarpy) was patient, thoughtful and provided short and long term alternatives that got my AC back up and running and didn't break the bank. He is a true professional and it felt like I was getting advice from a friend. On a 105 day in Alpine, he knew I was desperate for a solution. But he didn't take advantage of that fact. If you are looking for a solutions based HVAC company that is not going to bleed you dry, try Tarpy. In this business, that's unfortunately comprised mostly of profit motivated outfits, they are the good guys.

Very unprofessional! They turned off the water from our building in Bernardo Vista Del Lago to do repairs and did not notify neighbors. When a neighbor let them know that she was half way through her shower, the guy unapologetically told the person that he did not care because neighbors would complain regardless and would continue to do work on the area without notifying owners. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and would NOT RECOMMEND!
