So these guys have their main office in Bakersfield,they have one plumber here along with one office girl.They leave the scheduling up to the plumber,I'm not sure what purpose the office girl serves.The guy is an okay plumber but should not be making his own schedule,the impession I get is there are certain jobs he'll do and the ones he doesn't want to do he'll just ignore you until you call someone else. Laughable

From the very first phone call, I was very impressed with their service. I had no heat, and within 2 hours for a service call, they were at my home. The heating contactor was very efficient in assessing the problem, trouble shooting and making recommendations. I had the option of making repairs, but was also given an estimate of future issues since the furnace was over 11 years old. I opted for replacement and a sales appointment was set up for later in the day. When Luke arrived, he was very professional, spent a lot of time making sure I had a clear understanding of the systems available to choose from, which ones would fit my needs, the costs involved and helped me make a decision that I was comfortable with. Since I had no heat at all, he arranged to have the installment done the next day, and provided me with space heaters, for which I really appreciated!! The following day, the installation crew arrived early, the installation went very smoothly, and I was very impressed with their workmanship. The San Diego heating and cooling team was very polite, went about doing their work without interruption. It was originally set up to install the furnace on Wednesday, and return the next day to do the a/c installation, but the company and sent a crew of young men who committed to getting the job done in one day. I was impressed. I have been a customer of Tarpy Heating and Air since 2009 because I find them to be very trustworthy, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I think they are absolutely the best!! THANK YOU!!

I cleaned Rheem and they hooked me up with Village Plumbing. I then called Village Plumbing and I was told they could get someone out the next day. I told the woman on the phone that I had been out of Hot water for a couple of days, and she was very considerate and got Benjamin out to the house within an hour He fixed the problem and there wa No Charge. A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
