Paws Plumbing was extremely communicative with me in what work needed to be performed. They helped me bring my old 1980’s house up to par with current plumbing work, something that really needed to be done. I had a leak in my shower that started as a small drip and became a steady stream in about a weeks time. So I called Fox Plumbing. I spoke with Nicole in the office. She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. As for cost it was very reasonable. Absolute 5 stars! Fox Plumbing is your new go to Plumbing company.

best plumber i ever met! knows his stuff (fixed a hot water direction issue in less than 3 mins.) that our handyman couldn't figure out. removed a broken thread off our shower (i broke it) and another plumber wanted to unnecessarily tear up the adjacent bathroom to get at and replace the pipes...saved me a lot of money there. he is neat and thorough, he cleans after himself (even wiped the water spilled with his own rag) he's pleasant, knowledgeable, has a sense of humor and is a good communicator, need i say more?

Brandon = rock star! Urgent call to assess and repair pipe break in front with unclear damage and impact. Brandon came on-time, figured out the problem, repaired the portion he could, waited for the city to come out and explained his assessment and recommended next steps (to swap out damaged water meter), waited while city installed new meter and fixed the leak under the kitchen sink and repaired the garbage disposal in record time. He kept me informed about every step, let me know when water was shutting off/on, respected my home and work at home schedule (meetings all day) and went out of his way to ensure I was accommodated, that my expectations were exceeded, and stayed accountable and on-site until the entire job was complete. Exceeded expectations.

Great work, fair price.Had a leaky water heater they gave them a call and that same day they removed, replaced, cleaned up and hold off the old one.Will use them again if any other plumbing issues pop up.

Tom arrived less than an hour after I called. He was fast, friendly and professional (wore his mask) He replaced my bathtub faucet and toilet handle and gave me advice on future projects that needed attention. His prices were honest and fair, and even though he quoted me for a repair we couldn’t do that visit, he gave me the same price quote for when he returns excluding labor. I’ll be planning him to come back after the holiday.

Wow! When I say that this was hands down the best service I have received from a plumbing business, I mean it. The Drain Help crew came within 2 hours of my call; my wife and I recently moved into a new home in Encinitas and needed repairs for a clogged drain.. turns out we needed a whole system replaced and Ali really explained the process before and gave us a reasonably prices quote. Above and Beyond Drains & Plumbing came to our house within 20 minutes that we called for a repair. Joe was professional and easily explained the Problem. He was even quicker to fix the problem. They located a leak in the water main line in my front yard.Cody and his team were fast and responsive to my calls and started working ASAP. They removed the top of my landscape carefully to re patch whenever work was done. Now it looks like there was no dig out.
