I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. Vic and his team at Ascend Plumbing are lifesavers! My tub in my apartment stopped draining properly shortly after I moved into this unit 4 months ago. We’d been dealing with the tub/shower taking 40-60 minutes to drain every time for a while and I started to panick thinking that maybe my toddler dropped a toy down there and that’s what was causing the problem. I finally reached out to Vic and he and his team were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He brought out his handy dandy cable with a camera on the end of it, saw that it didn’t look like the trap in the tub was obstructed, but saw that the tub was still draining slowly. He brought in another machine that sucked a bunch of stuff out and voila! My tub is good as new and I was able to enjoy a glorious shower in which I was standing in ankle deep water almost immediately. Had 2 separate plumbing issues arrise within a week of each other initially I called ARS and they quoted me just over 18k to resolve the issues, had this company come out and give a quote and they were able to do everything for about a 3rd of the cost of what ARS tried to rob me of and were much more pleasant to deal with, fast, responsive and kind! Will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing work

Chico showed up on time and I was announced of his arrival via text and email with his picture. He was very professional and courteous to my problem and had all the answers to fix everything in a time frame most sufficiently than I imagine possible. He even cleaned the drywall on the floor and pressure tested my home water system and tightened the packing on a hose bib outside . First Class service and a price that I can still buy Christmas presents with instead pouring it down the drain. Go with California plumbing for any and all your plumbing needs.
