We felt like they are trying to take advantage of our situation. Daniel gave us a quote over the phone and we had hot water the next morning, and what he had quoted us. Had 2 separate plumbing issues arrise within a week of each other initially I called ARS and they quoted me just over 18k to resolve the issues, had this company come out and give a quote and they were able to do everything for about a 3rd of the cost of what ARS tried to rob me of and were much more pleasant to deal with, fast, responsive and kind! Will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing work

Michael made himself available in a pinch (on a Sunday / when I was under time pressure) for a leak in my washing machine. He came over as fast as he could, fixed the issue, and was patient offering additional advice based on what he saw. He’s a friendly guy and has great pricing too (even for an ‘emergency’ job). Will definitely contact Benoist again for anything plumbing.

Horrible service. The guy told me he should have not been a plumber. They damaged the wall, forced a valve box in the wall. Moved the drain valve so it sticks out of the wall. A total hack job. repairing the washer valves. This has been going on for a month. Run from this company. When the plumber tells you he should have not been a plumber, Believe him!
