I was contacted by Ace Contractors for a plumbing job when I put our information in one of those sites. I spoke to Jonathan who called me right away and said that they could get someone over here tomorrow. That was great! The next day we were so happy with Juan! He was on time, knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job! We asked Juan, if Ace Contractors installed central air, as we were considering putting in a central air conditioning unit. Juan said they did. I phoned Jonathan back. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from Freddie. Freddie was able to come over later that same afternoon to take a look at our job. My husband and Freddie spoke at length about the job and we decided to again go with Ace Contractors! The job was completed last week and it's terrific!! We know that we are now set for the summer! No more being concerned about what the temperatures are going to be! It was our experience with Ace Contractors from the first interaction to the last; they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. We are very happy with our decision!!! Great service. They replaced three faucets for us with new models. Overall we are very satisfied and the plumber that came to do the work was very respectful of our home.

We had our first excellent experience with Able Plumbing over the Veteran’s Day holiday weekend. After calling multiple plumbing companies without even getting an answer, Able plumbing not only answered, but arrived within 30 mins to unclog the sinks. The service was quick and friendly. A week later the sinks reclogged (the clog must have been more extensive than we knew) so we called Able Plumbing again. Once again, a serviceman was here within 30 mins and graciously and efficiently fixed the issue. Most impressive of all, without even a conversation regarding charges, he smiled when finished thanked us and left. No charge whatsoever. We will definitely be using Able Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs in the future

Even though I'm capable of cleaning some of my drains, I've called them several times over the years because I know they will do it right every time.

Far more affordable than other local plumbing/HVAC businesses, and offered higher quality equipment for less than the other peoples' basic stuff. Not sure how they do it, but I'm not complaining. They were able to work with my terrible schedule, and they've been in touch since the installation to schedule checkups and inspections and just to see how everything's going. I found JC Plumbing through Angie’s list since I have a problem with my shower in which it does not allow me to have a full flow of water out of the shower head even after I removed the water saver device in the shower head and the handle is very sticky and catching as you turn on the handle so I know that the control valve needs to be replaced. As I scan down the Angie’s list, the things that caught my eyes were JC Plumbing’s rating very high, excellent review, discount to senior and military, and most important things are JC Plumbing will give you a free estimate, available 24/7 and bond/insured. I also went through his web site and learned that his passion for plumbing run in his family. I decided to contact him through his email web site and I am so glad that I did. He contacted me back on the same day and we set it up for the next day with 30 minutes call ahead so I don’t have to wait long. He is professional with well stocking truck so there will be no wasting time for looking tools or parts. He did some testing, open the shower control valve, diagnosis the problem and provide the solutions. It turn out the shower control valve that I have is from the European style and he did offered to rebuild instead of the replacement but since I already bought the replacement part I decided to do the replacement instead. He is reasonable in price and negotiable as compare to other recommended plumbers as I have contacted. He worked carefully, methodically, step by step, and clean up after he is done. I recommended him highly will use him again when the need is arrived.

I’ve been needing my system repaired for quite some time, the heater was my main concern. Paul came out initially and gave me prices on changing out my full system which was much appreciated. I was unable to replace the system but I did have my current system fixed thanks to Nicholas who was very professional and explained everything he was going to do in detail also there was absolutely NO pressure on which option to purchase. He was kind and personable, thanks again!!
