I recently had Rooter Solutions replace my entire sewer system. That's right, a total replacement of everything between the sinks/toilets and the city's line in the middle of the street. RS had the most competitive bid of the five companies I sourced. They showed up on time every day, took excellent care of my home, cleaned up after each workday, were respectful, and got the job done on time and within budget. I highly recommend RS. Job included replacement of old A/C condenser/compressor system in addition to upgrade/replacement of all air tubes in the home itself. The installers (Cam, Paul at start with Brian and the owner, Ken, finishing and checking at the end) for the work performed with great expertise, efficiency, neatness and with virtually no interference to the normal activities in the home itself. A 30 minute notice call was made by Shannon (most accommodating receptionist) from the main office each time the technicians were to arrive The experience, overall, could not have been better!

Lee Frei serviced my water heater found no major problems. Did a regular maintenance flush that was badly needed. Then he found the ACTUAL issue of a broken pressure regulator and repaired it quickly and professionally

Had 2 separate plumbing issues arrise within a week of each other initially I called ARS and they quoted me just over 18k to resolve the issues, had this company come out and give a quote and they were able to do everything for about a 3rd of the cost of what ARS tried to rob me of and were much more pleasant to deal with, fast, responsive and kind! Will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing work

I called Tarpys Plumbing heating and air at 8am Monday morning to send someone out to find the leak. They gave me an estimated time of 11a-1pm, calling to let me know he was on his way at about noon. Todd arrived before 1pm as expected. He checked the bathrooms above and finding no obvious leaks, cut a hole in the ceiling wallboard. Sure enough the shower drain in the master bathroom directly above the wet spot was the culprit. He promptly replaced the drain, seal and piece of pipe even showing me the actual leak and the mushed up old seal. He cleaned up and was done in 1.5hrs. Very satisfied, great service, prompt and friendly.

Leo and his team have done multiple jobs(large and small) for our personal home and rental. They're quick to respond and honest about their recommendations to get the job done. I've worked with larger companies in the past and they have all been slower and much more expensive to do the same work. They will also come out quickly if there are any issues that occur after.
