I called several plumbing companies before I landed on speaking to Brittany at Bill Howe plumbing. She was inviting and responsive and sounded like she really wanted to help me. After telling her what I was looking for she found a plumber who could install my water filtration system the next day! Not only did Martin show up on time but he was 30 minutes early! He told me what was going to happen and asked my preferences for the installation. A part wasn’t working properly and he had the piece to replace it! He even called the company and ordered a backup piece for me just in case it became a problem!Thank you for your time and services. I will be using Bill Howe as my go to plumbing service from now on.

This company upgraded the a/c unit in our house. Staff is knowledgeable, always professional, and fairly priced. They can also set twice yearly reminders to to keep your heat and a/c on schedule for maintenance which makes life easier for our family.

Price was too high compared to competitors and they told us nothing about the rebate if we went with a heat pump. Salesperson that came out was on time, efficent and qualified, we just found a better price for an even better system.

This business has a 24 hour emergency line but no one answers and the mailbox is full. If a business cannot support emergency requests, then maybe their site should not advertise that service. Ridiculous. We had some legitimate and urgent plumbing problems and had to call this business because of our home warranty. Will not bother with them again.
