Best Major Repair in San Diego CA

Called these guys to replace a water heater because all my plumbing contacts were busy and needed replacement ASAP. They were courteous and quickly came to my property to provide quote. But that was where everything fell apart. They quoted me over $4400 to replace a 40 Gal water heater in a townhouse. In my opinion, they saw an opportunity to price gauge someone they thought was desperate. Luckily, the next day one of the plumbers I’ve used before replaced the water heater for $2100. I find it ironic these guys call themselves “discount” being they were anything but in my experience.

They were available on weekends and were ready to offer services on the same day. The team of expert plumbers in Orange County was here within the hour. They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. The courteousness of all the employees is very remarkable and reassuring. I am glad to be a customer now and in the future.

I got hit with a water bill of $800, i called True Value Plumbing and came out to do a full home plumbing inspection. They located a leak in the water main line in my front yard.Cody and his team were fast and responsive to my calls and started working ASAP. They removed the top of my landscape carefully to re patch whenever work was done. Now it looks like there was no dig out. Team was efficient and clean.I would highly recommend them.And also my go to plumber now! ?

Experienced, Honest and Quality Company

Called this company as a family friend recommended them after we had a leak suddenly happen in our only bathroom. The plumber showed up an hour late, I had to call and ask where he was, and once he arrived he clearly did not want to be here. He walked around our house telling us we had had water leaks before (we have lived here 3 years without a single plumbing issue) and quoted us an absurd amount of $450.00 JUST to open the wall, before fixing it. He even called our dry-out guy, and told us that they could do the job cheaper so we should just call our dry-out guy back instead?! After speaking to our dry-out guy after this conversation, he said it sounded like they were planning on charging us evening/emergency rates, even though the plumber was the one that arrived late!! Absolutely horrible customer service and I will never be using or recommending this company again.
