We moved into our new condo and 6 months in, our water heater stopped working. No hot water for a few days was enough to make us crazy. Thankfully, Elite Rooter came to our rescue. We called around and Elite Rooter was the fastest and most affordable. They came, assessed the issue and fixed the problem. So professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing, especially in the warm water department!

John and Tyler came to inspect a water stain on the ceiling that eventually started to leak (slow leak). They inspected, conducted tests to determine source and extent of leak. They were truthful and thorough in their assessment. They gave helpful recommendations. The service fee was just, they cleaned up the work area nicely. I highly recommend their services!

Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .

There was a leak in my ceiling. We had no idea where it was coming from. Turns out there was a small crack in the pipe in the master bathroom that was the culprit. I was impressed with the professionalism and meticulous nature of the Pro Plumbers San Diego as the searched for the leak. The repair was more intensive than I was expecting, but they did everything that they could to make this process as painless as possible.

Spoke to 4-5 plumbing companies and Christian was the only one that tried to help me with general advice and guide me towards what was best for me and not for his bottom line. Very impressed and will become customer for life! If only every business put their customers first!

Recently I recommended them to my landlord, and they were able to fix a shower problem that other plumbers had failed to repair properly over the course of two years. But what prompted me to write this review is that during the course of the repair, they broke a candle in my bathroom—whatever, mistakes happen. I moved out and never expected anything to come of it. I had a pipe leak, and terrible water pressure in the shower. Called True Value Plumbing and had Christian out within 20 min. He fixed the pipe leak in addition added new fixture to the shower.
