They excavated the area of the leak allowing Victor to repair the pipe, then, restored our road to a better condition than what they found when they started. We had problems with old drains and had RR come out and fix them. After several false starts ,Alex ,Tony and Mike got it right and [fingers crossed] so far all is well. The lads were always very polite and did their best to take care of the problems as we went along, a pleasure to have them work for us.

He replaced my bathroom faucet but needed a small part so I could hook up my Kengen water machine. He even went down to Ace to get the part, very nice man I would call him again.

I called to get a plumber to my home and thankfully enough, they were able to send a plumber to my home at 1 am. I have been very wary of people entering my home due to COVID19 and being a high risk patient for it but their office staff called me back to 'triage' and ensure the plumber was taking proper precautions due to me being high risk.He arrived in a full hazmat suit. He suited up prior to entering and sanitized before touching the suit, mask, gloves, etc. (My husband watched from the garage) I felt safe. Turns out, we had water damage from the leak. The next day we got a call from Robert and he walked us through the claim process. We did suffer a minor hiccup wherethey accidently sent a team member to my home on a day work shouldn't have been done. They quickly fixed the issue and it has been smooth sailing from there. I love how easy it is to speak with his team and how available they always are. They truly value my business which, Im thankful for.We are now almost complete with reconstruction and I have the kitchen I wanted, but better, since Andrea helped me with the layout and cabinet choices. They brought my kitchen vision to life.
