Frank came out to check the low water pressure with his coworker Memo. Even got a courtesy call that they might be running a little (they arrived at the time they said they would). Aron and Richard ran lines from our sub panel in our guest bedroom out to the garage today. It seemed like a really challenging job, with multiple unexpected obstacles such as PVC, ducting, and studs. They worked hard ALL DAY drilling and fishing lines, troubleshooting and using their combined expertise and experience to resolve all the issues. In the end they were able to minimize the number of drywall hatches they needed to cut (only 3) and gave us a neat, professional conduit and outlet in the garage to plug in our electric car.Prior to this, Harley, Project Manager, took care of every concern and issue we had. We were traveling out of the country for large parts of this project, and Harley took the reins, communicating with our Home Owners Association, getting the city permits coordinated, and scheduling the inspection. This place is unbelievable. I scheduled for an estimator to come out to give us a quote on AC installation. The first time around the technician never showed up. They called after the 2 hours window that they have me to reschedule. I was reluctant but they insisted that they want to assist. We rescheduled and they never showed again! And no phone call either! Such a disappointment and waste of my time!

To start off, Perry Plumbing was the only company that is open in my area. My experience with them on the phone was very professional and was honest about the time it will take for the plumber, Trevor, is going to come over. Once Trevor got to my house, he was professional and instantly apologized that it took him a while but it was understandable as they only have a few plumbers that are working over time. He instantly inspected the attic where I had the pipe burst and immediately started working on the problem. Trevor's work was top notch and and provided me with the copper that had a hole in it to present to my insurance company. On top of that, Perry Plumbing includes 1 year warranty on the section of the pipe that they had fixed which reassures me of their craftmanship and customer service. He also gave me suggestion on how to prevent these catastrophic accidents and I will be calling them again for upgrades and (cross my fingers) accidents. Perry Plumbing will be on my speed dial for sure!
