John came out within an hour and replaced the water heater and brought it up to code. Amazing work, and super professional! Will definitely call again when the need arises.

I'm a renter and my property manager uses this company. They are scammers that come in and give minimal effort to fix this issue. Then claim they can't fix the problem and they'll have to come back with different equipment. They rack up billable hours leaving you with your plumbing issues unresolved. They have been used twice at my unit and both times was the exact same result. I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.
