About halfway through a DIY master bath remodel in a 60 YO house, I called CORE Plumbing for an inspection. Don & Jacob arrived the following day and performed an entire system check. As expected, there were some issues and several other code upgrades needed.The next day Jacob & Tony arrived early and had most of the work completed same day, including trenching and concrete. Jacob paid much attention to detail and pride-of-work. Don & Jacob finished up last day, also adding some creative custom piping at my request.Every item asked for was completed quickly and professionally. Don and all of the CORE staff were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and in particular willing to meet my specific needs with this project.I highly recommend CORE Plumbing to anyone. I had an upstairs toilet leak late Saturday night. I called a few “24 hrs emergency “ plumbers and either got no answer or was told it was a quiet night so they let everyone off. Fernando of ARS answered and said he’d be right over and he was! He stopped the leak, replaced parts, shared friendly banter and was on his way. We were (are) so grateful. He even checked on us the next day and gave us tips on how to fix the water damage. Would definitely use ARS again for ANY plumbing needs, especially for emergencies

We had a slab leak the week before Christmas. My insurance company contacted your business. Response was fast and on time. The leak was detected and just 2 days before Christmas Eve Tom came out and capped off the area leaking so we would have hot water at the end of the house with the kitchen, laundry and shower. Making us able to have our Christmas Eve Family dinner. I can’t say enough good thing about them and how professional Master Plumbing is. On time, kept us informed and cleaned up after. And then Tom came back and did the rerouting of the pipes. Such amazing service!!!

Needed on a weekend he was there

Went the extra mile in fixing my drain problem. Tried numerous cleanouts until he found the one that worked. Scoped the clog multiple times to diagnose the cause then extended the sanke to its furthest limits to eliminate it. Then reexamined with the scope to make sure it was fully clear. Plumber Adrian was also cheerful and pleasant to deal with. I am very glad I called Perry Plumbing to do this work.

Bill’s son came out to fix my garbage disposal - as it turned out it had something in it. He also had to remove and reseal it - so when I went to use it on Saturday morning - turned on the disposal with something in it - it started spraying water out everywhere. I called them (which they don’t work on weekends) and left a message. Not only did the disposal spray out water when in use - it leaked even when the sink was being used. So I didn’t have a kitchen sink for the weekend. So I called again before they opened on Monday morning (their hours 10-5 m-f) and left another msg - it is now 11:15am on Monday and I have not heard from them. - not very responsive, professional and at this time very poor quality in their work. The sad thing was I was referred by a friend who thought very highly of them) — I am very disappointed and hope to hear from them soon - or just bite the bullet and hire someone else. -Just got a call from Bill - will be coming between 1:30-2:30 today to fix the issue - I will keep you updated.Well his son returned and fixed the problem - I appreciated that they did come today and corrected the problem.I won’t use them again - you should decide if they are right for you. I prefer a company that has more hours, emergency phone number etc.But I will change my review stars - because they did come fix their mistake and didn’t charge me - if they had called me on Saturday after my phone messsage - or 1st thing this morning - after my 2nd message - I would have given them another chance in the future because everyone makes mistakes it’s how you go about correcting your mistakes that makes a good company - being responsive is important.
