I called Roto-Rooter in the morning to request service for a running toilet. I was told a technician could come between 9 and 1 the same day and received an email confirmation. Received a courtesy call to let me know my request was still pending, then another call to say the technician was on his way. Johnny arrived right at 1:00, quickly diagnosed the problems, explained the fix and parts to me, told me what it was going to cost and got to work. Finished in about an hour and a half. He was always professional and polite - and patient with our inquisitive dogs!
