Had a great experience during a bad plumbing issue over the weekend around 7pm on a Saturday. We had a backed up toilet coming into the house so I called a few places out of desperation. No one was available for many hours or even the next day. Came across Will's All Pro and they sent Richard out within the hour. We were very pleased with his work and his kindness. He pinpointed our problem promptly with a high tech camera and was able to show it to me on the screen. He was able to get us through the weekend until he came back out to give us an estimate. We have a collapsing pipe that needs to be replaced and will be a decent size job. The estimate was very fair so we will continue giving our business to Will's All Pro.

They work closely with the home warranty companies (AHS in this case). Typical covered damages are diagnosed as “normal wear” or “unique” faults that exclude them from coverage. Newly installed fixture breaks and gets labeled “normal wear”. Greased palms by AHS and other slimeball companies designed to never pay out. $500 for chewing gum temp solution and no follow up. Keep looking if you have an emergency.

I am a long time customer and fan of Parker & Sons Plumbing (see my video testimonial on their website). They always do great work, and their latest job involved hooking up our second fireplace to the house's gas line, installing a new fire log unit, finding an electrician for a grounding job and getting the necessary city permits and inspections for gas work under the house.
