Richard is an awesome plumber. Very professional and super helpful. He was very polite and answered all our questions. Best plumbing company I have hired.Update 7/15/2019Alex Soto was very courteous and willing to go above and beyond to fix my water heater. He did everything possible so that my family would have hot water in the the morning. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable dependable plumbing company.

I called Legend Plumbing to have a smart water shut off installed in my home. Greg came by and I can’t speak highly enough about his professionalism and skill level. All around great guy! I was expecting a technician to arrive between 2-5 and they were a no show. There was no phone call, and the operator was extremely rude when I called at 4:53pm on 2/15/2020 asking the status of my call. She had an extremely condescending attitude trying to make me feel bad that she was working and I was in my warm house. Obviously she didn’t know that our home had been suffering power outages like every other home. I’m not sure how this company has a 4.9 rating. To top it off, she hung up on me.
