Tsanko is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable plumber. After I called him he arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. No more leaks at my house!

Aaron replaced old broken pipes to a shower and replaced the fixture. He was thorough and cleaned up afterwards. No water leakage!! Once again they did a great job. Thank you so much!

Thank God for Joe and his team they were very professional and push thru to get my disable sister water service to her home. The job entailed having to dig 100 ft on the back yard and digging 9 ft down replacing all the clay piping. If you have a plumbing problem this family owned business is the company to use. We have faithfully used ComfortAir for 30 years , and Primo Plumbing , too . They always treat us well . I like that they do what needs to be done ; but they never ever do extra , unneeded , things , that waste time and money . I truly believe that they strive to follow the golden rule . Was a very good experience with even flow. Showed up on time. Prices were very good. He even went to the Lowe’s with me to pick out fixtures. Will definitely use them again

I gave him a three star only because he was friendly, otherwise it would have been less. When my wife first spoke with him he told her that he would reach out to us on Monday. Did not hear from him. Called him and he said he would be at our house on Wednesday, no show. I called him to see if he even wanted to do the job, he said he would be here Thursday. He showed up but in my opinion did not come prepared for the job. It took him longer than it should have (almost 5 hours). The water heater could not be drained properly because of the calcium plugging the spout. If it hasn’t been for me to come up with the idea of a ramp to slide the unit down from where it sat. I honestly don’t know what he would have done. He made the comment, if this works I may have to go out and buy one of these. So I don’t think this situation ever happened to him before. Not to mention I had to help, I thought I was paying him to do the job. Last but not least he quoted us a price on the phone, when everything was all said and done he charged us over $400.00 dollars more than what he quoted us. He didn’t explain why the increase in price. Would I recommend him…sorry no

Charges so much. Not on time. Two months later the part they fix breaks. And they charge $1,300. I called them the owner sounded rude. What cheap part or labor work they did. It is not worth it. Don’t get work done from this place.
