Dont know about this company, ive never called them and they called me by name? I find that disturbing. Then when i called them back said the # im calling is not in working. So no i dont not trust them.

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

Discovered a problem this morning and after speaking with a very professional person, Cindy, at the A&A plumbing office had it arranged that someone would be at our home this afternoon.I asked if they could fit us in would get to the house a quickly as possible.Cindy called back to advise that they had a plumber available and he was on his way.Adam was at the house waiting for me and ready to go to work. Fearing a huge repair cost Adam methodically checked out what was going on.I couldn't see into the tub that wouldn't drain but Adam volunteered the information that the tub began to drain. His honesty saved us about $200 and for that I'm grateful. In addition to being honest Adam was obviously well trained!A&A Plumbing has a new customer and if needed will be calling them again.Thank you Cindy and Adam for quickly resolving our situation
