Good service, took the time needed and explained everything.

This company is a sham. They “fixed” a leak in my front yard that was my neighbors and not mine. Charged me for them removing my shrubs and fixing a small crack that wasn’t leaking. To save money I signed up for their scam of free maintenance. After I had set an appointment for a kitchen sink drain issue (since I have their discount) their tech came by and said he couldn’t fix it that day and they would be back the next day. Haven’t heard from them since. It has been a month at least!!!They then call, text, and email that my program is expired to which I think to myself thank God. And then two weeks after they call again to schedule maintenance. So my plan is expired and you can’t fix what I’ve been waiting over a month for and now you want to start something new???? Absolutely not!Single women beware!!! I think they pray on us.

Today the Engineer that evaluated my Air system explained all about it. I was relieved that he knew what could be done to make one room in my 4bd house cooler. It never seems to be cool enough. This company seems efficient and what my unit needed was reasonably priced. Thank you for courteous phone service as well.

Technician arrived on time to do a tuneup of our air conditioner. He did a good job and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was courteous and professional.
