Best Home Air Conditioner in San Antonio TX

This team is by far the most reliable, knowledgeable, best team we have ever had in our home. We have used them for electric, AC, pipes and endless plumbing. Each service provider really does a fantastic job of explaining what our problem is and walking us thru the repair. We have found our home repair team for good. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a return customer!

We are in another service company's Rescue Club (yearly contract for priority service). However, when our water heater started leaking I called and was told the soonest a technician could arrive was the next day. Because the estimate was higher than we could comfortable pay, we decided to call around. We did take a few bids and that's how we discovered All Pro Plumbing! The technician came right away and literally went above and beyond in not only the pricing but the service and workmanship. Michael Angeles was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Wish we would have discovered this company when we moved to San Antonio and bought our house in May of this year. We will let our Service Club with current company run out when the contract is over and will be calling All Pro for all our future needs. A very dependable and honest company!

We, like many in Texas, wound up with a busted hose bib outside our home during recent snow storms. As we began to call around to find a plumber to repair this, we were pleased Teitze Plumbing could come within 24 hours for repair. The service guys were on time, professional and completed the repair under 1 hour. However, to charge $646 seems a bit opportunistic when people were scrambling for help. That’s a steep price for the issue and resolution, so cannot help but feeling a bit gouged. In addition, we asked for a receipt to be sent, and have not received and it’s been a week since repair.

My husband and I received a letter letting us know that it was time to have our heating unit checked. They offered a promo of only $39.00 to do a precision tune up, so we scheduled an appointment to do that. Joe Gomez is the tech who came out today : 2/13/2019. He gets a 5 star rating from us. He was very pleasant, and caring about our system. He explained everything in great detail of the condition of our system, and what he was doing for us with the precision tune up. He also made suggestions to help make things work better, and told us about a new program that saves us money when we need to do a system replacement. He really cared that our system is working properly, and is safe for us in it's use. That is very important to us. He gave us a postcard for a free cooling precision tune up to save us even more money. We are very happy campers, and want Joe Gomez to do any future work that we need done. We had a very great service experience with Joe Gomez.

Tyler was great! He showed up and calmed me from my plumbing misery with a brand new stuffed puppy.More importantly he walked me thru exactly why I had the failure that I did, and explained the work needed to resolve the issues.So far just received an estimate for the needed work, but at the very least I am more knowledgeable on the inner workings of my tubes. Thanks dudes.

I work at a Residence retirement Comunity and Air Today do a lot of work for us. Matt and Jake do a lot of the work on our chill water system and do excellent work. Great company, very knowledgeable technicians with good work ethics.

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

I called Arnold Moos asking to have my water heater worked on and replaced. When the service techs arrived they addressed the problem immediately and replaced the old model with a newer upgraded model within a couple hours. I am very pleased and also asked for a regular maintenance service plan. Both service techs were attentive and courteous.Alex

Josh G. was great! He was on time and professional. I appreciated that he took time to educate me on the basics of my system & didn't try to upsell me on services that I didn't need. I highly recommend Airco & I will be calling him for future maintenance needs.
