Best Furnace Problems in San Antonio TX

I had actually called another plumbing company earlier in the morning and had them scheduled to come out that afternoon, but the customer service lady was not the friendliest; kinda like talking to a machine. I googled for another plumbing company and 1st CALL popped up. Right when I called and spoke with Melissa, I just kinda had the feeling this was the company to go with - plus there was no service call fee upfront!The guys came out pretty quickly. Gave me an estimate, and to work they went! No fuss, no trying to sell me other stuff or anything like that. They just did their job and I paid. That simple! And I was given a year warranty. The two men were professional and just plain nice. Oh, and they cleaned up after themselves, too. Behind my toilet has never looked better!Anyway, I’ll use this company again - for sure!!

Had an issue with a busted sewer pipe. Richard came out and took care of my issue. He offered a couple different options. His recommendation proved to be spot on. AC went out monday morning. Call company and tech arrived Tuesday. Diagnosis: compressor locked up; need to replace entire system. Got second opinion today and tech diagnosed a bad capacitor. Repair made; AC running 100%. Dishonest employee.
