My inside furnace stopped working one day and made a phone call to Aramendia. They sent a tech Eric Willett who was at my house the next day and identified the problem quickly. Some parts were needed for the repairs but the process went well and the tech was very friendly throughout the entire process. Got my unit working again.

All went well, except that a screw was not put back in the compressor housing. I discovered this when I noticed it was vibrating loudly after the preventive maintenance visit. I have put a substitute screw in place, but it is not be correct type. Please come and fix properly. Thanks.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening. We called Steve's Plumbing and they had someone out right away. They did a good job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was good too, from the plumber to the office staff.
