Leaking old water heater needed a quick replacement. Lee and Duane came out the same day I called, carefully discussed options with me, and replaced and brought up to code our water heater. They went over the estimated expenses before proceeding, which was appreciated. Work was professional and pleasant; thanks!

I had an outside electrical receptacle installed they did great work very neat and cleaned up all the debris I would recommend them to anybody needing any kind of electrical work or plumbing work. A technician showed up at the time stated and was very professional.

Cannot say enough about Joey at Big City Plumbing. He showed up today expecting to replace my disposal. It took him a while to knock on my door. I went out to see what was going on and he was turning off my water main because I had a major leak that I called the city about yesterday. He told me the leak was on my side not the city’s. He called his boss to see what he wanted him to do. In the mean time, he changed out my disposal. He then went outside to dig up my pipe in the rain and repaired it. I forgot to mention he has a guy training with him. He could have easily said nothing about the water running down the curb but, he did and backed it up by fixing it. Joey you were Awesome! Thank you

they did a hydrostatic test for free and verified that there was no leak. Very honest as they could have told us anything to get more money. We wouldn't know the difference. Glad there are still honest people.
