Best Commercial Project in San Antonio TX

I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. All the plumbers I called before could not come out until much later. The charge was reasonable and I was not without water for long. Thank you Mitch!!

I called Gibson plumbing this morning because my pilot light had gone out twice in two days. They were prompt in scheduling me (I got a warranty appointment for the same day) and arrived to my home in less than 3 hours after that.My service provider, Daniel, was prompt, courteous, and made sure I knew what he was fixing, what to expect, and how long it would take to fix.Overall I had an amazing experience. 10/10.

Would not recommend this company. I needed my gas line checked so that I could pass a city inspection. They detected a leak and said they would have to go back to the shop to get the parts. They return about 45 minutes later and make the repair. The line is tested again and there is still a leak. They aren't finding the leak anywhere so they advise they will have to tear out holes in the kitchen and remove cabinets and countertops away from the wall. After doing so they still can't locate the leak. Then they tell me they can just replace the entire gas line instead for $2,600 since they cant find the leak. Knowing that this amount is absurd I just tell them to stop whatever they are doing. So they then give me a bill for $850, even though they were not able to solve my problem. I guess Guarantee Plumbing means that they Guarantee they won't fix your problem, but still charge you for it.

Used them twice within the last 30 days (initially replaced hot water heater). Techs were efficient, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were on time and cleaned up the area afterwards...highly recommended!

I called A&A and 5 other local plumbers at 730 am on a Sunday for a burst water pipe in my yard. An extremely friendly woman called me back and said someone would be over in 2-3 hours which was great. Kyle came to my rescue. He explained my options in detail. He was friendly and willing to answer all my questions while I watched him work. (I wanted to see how bad the damage was). Here we are work is done and not one other plumber has even attempted to call me back. Thank you so much.

5 star but due to the recent freeze, inventory on many items was low. Not as low as big box but low. I'm sure it's back to normal by now.

I called Mr. Plumber SA in a panic this morning due to an outrageous water bill I received. They were able to fit me in last minute and boy am I thankful for their service. Plumbers Brandon And Michael thoroughly assessed the situation and provided EXTRAORDINARY service. They fixed several leaks in and outside my home that I had no clue about. They even provided further guidance on my water Softner system and irrigation system. This company and these plumbers are by far professional and provide quality work. Don’t hesitate to call them. Scheduling the service was a breeze. They even quoted a firm price over the phone. This saved at least a day or two in installation time. The price quoted was about 1/2 other quotes. Installation was excellent. The Hot Water Heater was a superior model. Extra parts were needed, and they did not charge for the extra parts or labor. will never use another plumbing company.

Repaired a leaky faucet, price was reasonable and work was quickly done. Will call All City Plumbing again for any future repairs if we ever need. Thank you for being honest!
