The Bluefrog team was awesome! Even though we're a bit of a drive from their 'normal' operating area, they were quick to respond and went the extra mile to ensure our concerns were addressed. I'd highly recommend them to anyone that just wants their stuff fixed by a competent professional without having to worry about the job being done right the first time.

The final team Johnny and his trainee ( yikes I am sorry I forgot your name!!) that came to my house was awesome!! They politely listened to me go through the hassle and drama that I had been dealing with to get what I thought (and 2 previous technicians told me I had) was a clogged drain. Turns out I just had an old toilet that just couldn’t push water through anymore. Once the true issue was discovered, they went right to work and I know have a brand new toilet that will hopefully give me years of trouble free use.

We had botha plumming leak and a drainage problem. Paul and the other plumber came on time, quickly diagnosed and repaired both problems. The guys were very professinal, knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. I highly reccomend Big City Plumbing.

Unlike the company i called before Roto-Rooter which was Primo Plumbing inc. He also gave me a lot of great advice as far as insurance companies to go through incase of another situation as wall as career advice. I was very satisfied

Was able to talk to Joseph contacted him about water coming up from Toilet and tub...he told me his guys would be out there in an hour...they were there less than a hour.
