They replaced all the water lines under the house tying all into the main line, installed a new water heater, replaced all the old plumbing and stabilized the shower fixtures as well as bringing the plumbing up to code. They spent about 9-10 days here. Jonathan, Edward, George, Justin and Victor were ALL professionals, polite and funny. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and restored the Sheetrock to its original ( maybe better) condition. They all kept me up to date on the progress, problems they encountered and solutions to those problems. I highly recommend this company .

My beef is we called them out to repair a pipe. We offered more work repairing the toilet. Well they take the easy job of replacing the the toilet but decide to not work on the pipe repair even though that was the major problem needing to be fixed. So they take the easy job but leave the harder more necessary one.We had to call another plumber, that told us they had no problem fixing it.

We were not in town when there was an emergency plumbing issue at our home. A&A Plumbing were quick to respond to our request, provide an estimate, and walk us through the entire process. Their team was highly professional and skilled - they arrived on site with a scope and identified the issue immediately. They worked around our schedule to expedite the job. The quality of work was top-notch for a fair price. Customer service from the on-site team and back office was excellent.

They came out through the warranty company to see if our plumbing was okay. The toilet seat had a small crack in it (where a person sits not on the hinges). They broke the seat off its hinges and took the seat without permission. They said they would not be doing anything about it because it was “already broken when they got there”. No apologies, no sincerity, and no professionalism. Do not use this company! If you don’t listen to me, listen to all of the other bad reviews. Not worth your time.

Repaired a leaky faucet, price was reasonable and work was quickly done. Will call All City Plumbing again for any future repairs if we ever need. Thank you for being honest!
