05-27-2021: SANDY OAKS/ELMENDORF...Yesterday I scheduled a service call. The Tech ERIC and his partner (who had a S African accent, didn't get his name but great fellow ) did a VERY THOROUGH inspection of my system (it was cooling less, icing on coils). They detected leaks using their tester and and found oil leaking out of the starter capacitor, so they gave me pricing to repair, but I chose replacement using their Advantage program which was priced VERY REASONABLY for complete system replacement and lifetime service and essentially a perpetual warranty. For little more than the monthly fee for most companies' service plan, I could get a new system as well. TODAY the installers ART and RYAN did a FIVE STAR job of installing my system. They arrived on time, coordinated with me, worked efficiently to pull my old system and install new everything. Starting at 9am, they were finished by 12:45pm. They kept a tarp down to prevent dirt in my house and cleaned and swept away the debris from the install after they were done. Along the way and afterward they answered my one hundred questions in a complete and professional manner. In general, I would RECOMMEND Armendia for any HVAC problems. I have dealt with other companies, and Armendia is the best and most cost effective of all the ones I have dealt with. Also, they never use any sub-contractors. All of their personnel are employees and have top certifications in HVAC.

He also presented options on a tankless water heater that we’re considering in the future but did so in a very informative and friendly way. Great service.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

Josh is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain how your system is currently operating as well as options to increase the efficiency of your system.
