Best Toilet Blockage in Saint Petersburg FL

This is the 2nd time using R.Rooter and they did not let us down with the excellent service. Mike, the tech who answered the call was very professional, honest with the diagnosis and did his best to keep things clean even after he got the job done. There wasn't much room to get it done but still made it happen without issue. Normally I try to get it done myself but when I cannot with work etc I have to admit that I call these professional plumbers. Much appreciated!!

I was highly impressed with the entire staff. Starting with Donya in the office scheduling the appointment and getting all the proper information. To the gentleman who came out to assess the damage were very nice and well educated in the field. Very professional and the owner gave us opinions when we were feeling hopeless. The plumber arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the place clean. He replaced our shower valve and shower head. Plus the charge was much more reasonable than some of his competitors.

Aldo came out to explain and set up a leak detection. He was friendly, professional, and very informative. He also took covid 19 regulations and wore a mask and gloves. The plumber that was out for the initial declogging of our lines a couple days before was also great. He worked very hard and stayed until the problem was solved.

The Experience was all and more, especially when it comes to hot water. Bob Frank Plumbing was a referral and very happy with the service they provided.
