The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I had a generator installed and Asiel was our electrician..he was professional, kind and efficient worker thank you for hiring him.

This review cannot accurately rate Mr. Rooter's Service Technician, Adam Schmidt. Adam deserves 6 out of 5 stars. Adam explained everything in detail of our plumbing damage so we could easily understand the extent of the repair. He is extremely thorough to the point of perfection. My recommendation is to request Adam for any plumbing job needed that Mr. Rooter offers. I can assure you that you will be extremely pleased with the results and professionalism Adam is skilled to accomplish and provides.
