I had two friendly and knowledgeable plumbers show up in a timely fashion to repair some low flow, and slow drain issues that I was not able to resolve with basic knowledge and equipment. They were very polite, professional and did great work. ALL my issues were resolved (even some more involved defects) in a short order for a reasonable price. (I have worked in the trades in my early years and have a better appreciation than most for the skill sets and such). I would highly recommend this company. Everyone from Stacy at the office, to Ray and his associate who came out to do the job, were awesome. I'm very pleased.

When they show up you can tell they are going to take pride in the job and get it done right the first time, all while keeping your needs and priorities at the top of their mind. Ordered a door that was delivered to us from Home Depot. Have been trying to get the door installed for a month now. We get a different story each time and are told information we were not told previously. On Oct 11 we paid for the door installation in full ($1100) was told we would get a call and get scheduled for a new door in 48 hours. Today is the 19th - we are still waiting for that phone call with a door laying in my living room waiting for install. Disappointing, i am not used to this type of service from home depot.

My sewer drain backed up. They came out and cleared the drain. They said they found roots in sewer drain. Next day it was backed up again. They came out a second time and scoped and cleaned and again said there were roots in the drain. Charged me twice.
