Had a leak start late Sunday night. Called ProFlo first thing Monday morning and they were out within a few hours. Confirmed it was my hot water heater located in an unusual location inside my home and not readily visible. The experience from finding the leak, removing the old unit and installing the new unit was very smooth. Edwin was the tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable and just an overall pleasure to have working in my home.

I could not have asked for better service! I had an emergency on a Friday evening right after I got home from work. Antonio and his coworker were here within 45 minutes. They unclogged the drains and fixed a leaking toilet. They were very professional, efficient and reasonable. They explained everything as they did it and cleaned up the area. I recently hired Joe to replace a water heater and later had him back again to install a water shut off outside my home which required some old pipes to be replaced as well. He is now the only plumber I will be using! He does great work and is professional and responsive. His employee that came out to dig the trench for replacing the pipes did an excellent job and was very respectful and professional as well!
